Accessibility Statement

1. Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Conformance is an ongoing effort, and we measure it with a combination of automated testing tools and manual review.

2. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with landmarks and headings, and a “skip to content” link;
• Full keyboard operability with visible, high-contrast focus indicators;
• Color contrast targeting Level AA, with status meaning never conveyed by color alone (we pair the legality colors with icons and text labels);
• Support for the prefers-reduced-motion setting to limit animation;
• Clearly labeled form controls, descriptive link text, and accessible names for interactive elements;
• Responsive, scalable layouts that support zoom and text resizing.

3. Conformance status and limitations

We consider NightYield to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, meaning most content meets the standard, though some content may not yet fully conform. Some third-party content or embedded tools that we do not fully control may not meet our standards; where this occurs, we work with the relevant providers to improve accessibility and seek accessible alternatives.
