Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective June 14, 2026

California and several other states give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. This page explains what those terms mean for us and how to exercise your right.

1. What “sale” and “sharing” mean here

Under certain state privacy laws, “sale” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. With your consent, we share your lead with the lending and marketing partners disclosed at the form to provide the service you requested. Some disclosures for advertising or measurement may be considered “sharing” (and potentially a “sale”) under these laws.

2. How to opt out

  • Global Privacy Control — browse with a GPC-enabled browser or extension; we honor the signal automatically as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser and device.
  • Email — send a request to privacy@nightyield.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
  • Privacy hub — submit a request through Your Privacy Choices.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will process verifiable requests within the timelines required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for opting out.

3. Effect of opting out

Opting out does not stop disclosures that are necessary to provide a service you actively request (for example, sharing your lead with a lender after you ask to be matched), disclosures to service providers and contractors for business purposes under written contract, or disclosures required by law. Opting out applies on a per-browser/per-device and per-identifier basis; if you clear cookies, use a different browser or device, or are not logged in, you may need to opt out again.
