SMS / Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS/Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messages you may receive in connection with NightYield, operated by Misc Holdings Ltd.. By providing your mobile number and consenting at our form, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program description
When you opt in to our messaging program, you may receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from us, our lending and marketing partners, and our and their service providers, relating to short-term-rental financing and the inquiry you submitted. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
2. Consent
By checking the consent box and submitting your mobile number, you provide your prior express written consent to receive the text messages described above at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. If you do not wish to receive text messages, do not provide consent.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply and are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier according to your plan. We do not charge for the messages, and we are not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.
4. Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)
You can cancel the messaging program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming your unsubscribe, after which you will no longer receive marketing text messages from that program. For help, text HELP or contact us at support@nightyield.com. We honor revocation of consent by any reasonable means.
5. Carriers and supported devices
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and devices may change without notice, and message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier. The program may not be compatible with all mobile devices or carriers.
6. Privacy and changes
How we handle the information collected through the messaging program is described in our Privacy Policy. We may modify or terminate the messaging program, or these SMS Terms, at any time, with or without notice; the “Effective” date reflects the latest version.
